# Contacts in Mav.next: The People Your Agents Work

> Explore the Contacts page in Mav.next — view a contact's details, read the full SMS and voice conversation feed, and see everything the agent has learned.

The **Contacts** page is your window into every person Mav.next is working. From here you can browse all your contacts, open any one of them, and follow the full conversation in real time.

## The contacts list

The list shows everyone in your account with at-a-glance status. Use the [filters](/mav-next/filtering-contacts) to narrow it down — by conversation status, call outcome, direction, date, and more — then click any contact to open their detail view.

## The contact detail view

Opening a contact shows everything in one place:

    The complete history — every SMS in and out, plus voice-call transcripts — in one chronological thread.

  Because SMS and voice live in one thread, the feed reads as a single conversation even when the contact moved from texting to a phone call and back.
