# Users & Roles in Mav.next: Manage Team Access

> Invite teammates to your Mav.next account and control what they can do with role-based access, including admin-only actions.

Bring your team into Mav.next and control what each person can do. Manage your roster under **Settings → Users**.

## Managing users

    Add a user by email from **Settings → Users**. They'll get access to your account's workspace.

    Assign the appropriate role so each person has the access they need — and nothing they don't.

    Adjust a teammate's access or remove them at any time as your team changes.

## Roles and permissions

Access in Mav.next is role-based and scoped to your account. Everyday users can work contacts and review conversations, while sensitive actions — such as deleting an agent or changing account-wide settings — are reserved for **admins**.

  Restricting destructive and account-level actions to admins keeps your configuration safe as your team grows. If you need a permission you don't have, ask an admin on your account.
